The last time I took my children there, we had an appointment for 2pm, we signed in and sat down, we were about 10 minuets early,both of my kids had fevers and they were sick.About an hour later, here comes this young mother with her baby who was not sick, he just needed shots the baby's appointment was for 3:30 and it was 3:00 when the nurse called the young lady and her baby to go in the back to be seen. My kids and I waited a whole hour they both had fevers and they were vomiting and the staff were walking past us like we did not belong there and they looked at us like they did not want us there! What is wrong with those people? They get paid to take care of sick kids, not just to give shots!!! I will never take my kids there again!

I am a very irate grandmother; words cannot express the way my granddaughter is being treated and neglected regarding an appointment she has with these people. She was diagnosed with infected lymph nodes in the er, and her parents were told to make an appointment with her prinary doctor at this sad facility; not only did the receptionist or whoever we talked to never did the paper work for her doctor, but some idiotic staff member called in a prescription for my granddaughter without her being seen and get this! It was for tylenol with codeine?!?!?! Can you spell lawsuit people??!?!?

i had really bad experience by going there the staff are means. not all of them. i would not recommend anyone to go there. they take forever to see you ,and when they do they are mean to you.
