Mark Woodyatt is an award-winning multi-genre violinist, pianist and composer who serves as the musical director of the Scranton Symphony Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. He is a classically trained acoustic 5-string violinist who can play thousands of pieces of music from memory, interpret any musical style authentically, perform a thousand pieces per music in memory and offer a variety of musical configurations. We are in great demand for bespoke music for weddings and can offer complete bands, including an exciting Dave Matthews tribute (named after him as "Proud Monkey"), as well as assembling ensembles and regularly employing musicians and groups to perform at events such as concerts, festivals and other special events.

This end-of-summer festival in Courthouse Square began in 1975 and brings thousands to downtown Scranton to celebrate Italian heritage with food, cultural activities and music. The festival takes place over Memorial Day weekend and offers a variety of music, food and entertainment options, as well as food trucks and vendors. This year's event will take place on the weekend of June 24 and will be a full day of live music, with over 60 bands performing on three stages at Montage Mountain in Moosic.

This children's and adults "ensemble works together with the NE PA Philharmonic Orchestra every year and the association regularly commissions new works by regionally and nationally recognised composers. The Phil Harmonic brings audiences to a wide range of music genres, from classical to jazz to classical opera, and brings the regional public to the heart of the region's cultural and musical heritage and art education.

Some of our teachers have studied at some of the country's leading music schools, including the University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon University and Yale University. Others have attended the country's leading music school, including the National Academy of Music in New York City, Columbia University in the US and many other prestigious schools.

The eight-part ensemble presents an annual concert series at the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton venues. The Scrantson Civic Ballet Company performs regionally and nationally and also presents performances by professional dancers for Scrantson audiences.

The music festival features music on 14 stages and will welcome a wide range of artists, including local, regional, national and international artists from across the country as well as international acts. Headliners are the New York City Symphony Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra and Pittsburgh Orchestra. There will be a wide range of music tastes, including classical, folk, rock, jazz, hip-hop, pop, blues, country and more. Besides, this music business has something for everyone, many just have to find out what is really something.

The first Friday Art Walk will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Wilkes-Barre / Scranton Convention Center. Stroll through the music-lined streets, enjoy the sidewalks and enjoy the many fun events lined up for the Jorgensen Block Party. Cool off in a venue that offers water attractions, have fun and jam to your favourite music.

The 50-year-old organization is offering residents of northeastern PA the chance to see a professional Broadway production by performing a series of shows at the Scranton Cultural Center. Biblical musical adventures come to life at Scrantson Prep High School in Scruggs, brought to life by a professional theater group. Thrilling performances of musicals such as "The Phantom of the Opera," "Les Miserables" and "Avenue Q" inspire and delight.
